Next phase ready at Sheffield Business Park

Sheffield Business Park has joined forces with JF Finnegan to develop a six-acre site alongside the M1.

Zone 6 on one of Yorkshire’s largest business parks lies off Shepcote Lane, a short distance from Junction 34 at Tinsley.

The first stage of the zone has been developed to provide bespoke accommodation for the NHS Ambulance Fleet Management Service, VW Gilders Van Centre and freight operator DBL Logistics.

Now Sheffield Business Park and Finnegans have released the final stage, which has outline planning consent for 88,300 sq ft of commercial development and could host a single building of up to 50,000 sq ft, together with smaller units of around 7,000 -10,000 sq ft.

“Today’s market is geared towards design-and-build development and with our partners J F Finnegan we are able to meet the specific requirements of any occupier within an exacting timescale,” says Sheffield Business Park director Graham Sadler.

“Zone 6 lies alongside one of the region’s main arterial highway links and is ideal for any business requiring effective transport links.”
