Saltire Property Management Ltd act as managing agents on behalf of Sheffield Business Park and together with the Business Park Manager, deal with all day-to-day management issues on the Park, to include amongst other things: 

• Service charge collection and administration and, where appropriate, collection of rent.
• Co-ordinating tenant applications for assignations and sub-lettings on behalf of SBP.
• Liaison with tenants and other owners with inquiries on interpretation of lease covenants.
• Monitoring of the work carried out by the SBP on-site landscaping team.
• Saltire are authorised by the FSA to deal with the recharging of insurance premiums, where appropriate, and the administration of claims under the insurance policy.
• Arranging and supervising building service contracts where appropriate.
• Through liaison with the Business Park Manger, the maintenance and repair of services common to all occupiers of Sheffield Business Park, including; street lighting, drainage and the provision of gritting during the winter months.
