Sheffield Business Park is Yorkshire’s largest business park. With over 200 acres, the site offers an established HQ business environment, with approximately 600,000 sq ft already built and occupied, and with a potential to provide a further 1 million sq ft of office and commercial accommodation.

SBP is a jointly owned venture between Kilmartin Property Group and Willow Road Investments. Formerly known as Tinsley Park Ltd, construction began on the park in 1996 and has grown over the years, resulting in a quality destination with a diverse range of occupiers.
